Blakeley's gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered merchandise purchased in store for a STORE CREDIT within 7 DAYS of purchase. If you placed your order online, we accept returns within 7 DAYS of your order being delivered. Product must be in perfect condition (with tags attached) in order for store credit to be issued.  No sign of wear (stain, smell, etc.) will be accepted.

Blakeley's is not responsible for stolen packages. If the item(s) has been marked by the carrier as delivered, we are no longer responsible for your items.

Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit. Merchandise that is also final sale due to hygiene reasons include:

- Pet Accessories

- Hair Accessories 

- Hats

- Holiday Merchandise



Please bring in the items you wish to return along with your original receipt. Your store credit will be placed on a physical gift card or e-gift card that is emailed to you.

An employee will inspect merchandise to insure no damage was caused after purchase. Blakeley's cannot accept items that were broken due to user error.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for your return getting lost in transit. Please ship your item(s) to the address below:

Please include the original packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included with your purchase and has all of your information, as well as your order number on it. Please repackage your item(s) carefully to protect them. If the items returned are damaged due to improper packaging, your return will not be accepted. Shoes and their shoeboxes need to be returned in an additional box. If shipping label is placed directly on the shoebox, the return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to the email address used at checkout. 


Items that are damaged or defective may be eligible for a refund by contacting us within 2 DAYS of delivery. Please email photos of damage or defects to immediately. Once we verify that the item is damaged due to manufacture or seller error, the item will need to be shipped back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund including all shipping costs. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. Damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing do not qualify as damaged items.
